THE FAT SMASH DIET
-90 Day program

The morning of day 1 take 3 photographs-front, side, and rear in nude or underwear. Do not hold in stomach, be natural stand.




Weigh in morning of day 1 only? and not again until day 10 Monday March 3, 2008 day 1 to Wednesday March 12, 2008 day 9, Thursday March 13, day 10 weigh in

Make record of healthy weight range and BMI, with current information also.

4-5 meals per day, 3 to 4 hrs apart.. Foods only raw, grilled, steamed
- 3 tablespoons of low fat dressing on salads
-1 to 2 teaspoons of virgin olive oil from grilling veggies.
Sample meal schedule
8 am, meal 1 1
1am, meal 2 (heavy snack)
2pm, meal 3
5pm, meal 4 (light snack)
7pm, meal 5
9pm, light snack

TIPS: frozen seedless grapes, perfect snack Do not eat 1 ? hrs before going to bed Do some type of activity 20 to 25 after dinner

Eat foods high in fiber.

FOOD/DRINK ALLOWED: phase 1

DO NOT EAT White rice, meat, fish, cheese, bread-all types, raisins, nuts, dried fruits, candy, popcorn, chips, ice cream, alcohol, juice, soda regular or diet, coffee and coffee drinks, sports drinks, milkshakes, whole eggs, fried foods, fast foods.

Do at least 30 mins of cardiovascular activity 5 days a week any day of the week. No lifting free weights

TIPS: try to work out in the morning.

How To Get Rid of a Beer Belly

If you want to know how to get rid of your beer belly, you've stumbled upon the right article. Here I shall write the necessary steps to start losing your excess belly fat and having a flat stomach. Step #1 - Remove the cause

  2. Cut down fried, fast food, and processed food - If you eat fresh food, a lot of vegetables, fruit, lean meat, and complex carbs like brown rice and whole flour pasta, your body will have much easier time to use the calories you're feeding it instead of turning them into ugly abdominal fat.
  3. Eat more meals but make them smaller - Most people eat large meals making it impossible for their body to cope with all the food they eat. The only thing left is to turn much of their food to fat. If you break your meals into 4-6 smaller portions throughout the day, your body will have a much easier time of it.

Step #2 - Reverse the Process

The second step in your process to lose your beer belly is to get a little more active. Even a small amount of exercise can do wonders. You wouldn't believe the results you may have. Start walking in the evenings, play a sport (even golf or bowling is better than sitting at home), or join a gym. Whatever suits you. You need to do some exercise in order to accelerate the fat burning process. Don't think that sit-ups will do anything to your stomach fat, because they won't. The key to getting rid of it is to lower overall body fat. The best way to do this is through complete strength and cardiovascular workouts. But again, start slow and gradually build up your activity levels.

The best thing to do in order to get rid of your beer belly is to become better educated at fitness and diet issues. Once you know the right things to do, it'll be much easier for you to succeed.

Unlike low-carb, low-calorie, and low-fat diets, where you must reduce your intake of carbs, calories, and fats, the calorie-shifting diet allows you to eat as much food as you like without counting. Not only that, but this diet also allows you to eat food from all four food groups. Above all, you are required to eat four full meals every day.

In doing so, you can expect to lose 9 pounds every 11 days on this diet plan. Most experts agree that rapid weight loss has the potential to be unsafe and ineffective. That is why the calorie-shifting diet requires you to take a 3-day "cheat" break every 12th through 14th days on this diet. How does the calorie-shifting diet work? How is it possible for you to lose weight so rapidly while being allowed to eat as much as you want and eat from all four food groups? Essentially, this diet is based on the principle that you can manipulate your body's metabolism at will simply by shifting the types of calories you consume from meal to meal on a rotational basis, every day. What that means is that what you eat, when can directly trigger the appropriate metabolic response in your system that will induce fat burning. By withholding certain types of calories at certain times and reintroducing them at others, over the course of several days, you are consuming calories in a way that is conducive to weight loss as opposed to weight gain!

Malabsorptive Procedures were developed for patients who did not respond positively to the Restrictive Procedures. This procedure was devised in conjunction with the restrictive approaches to yield the appropriate result. Some of these techniques involve a bypass of the small intestine, thus limiting the absorption of calories. On balance, malabsorptive or restrictive procedures have resulted in an overall increase in the loss of excess weight.

However, weight loss surgery depends on several factors to ensure best results. These include:

- Patient's age
- Weight before surgery
- Overall condition of patient's health
- Surgical procedure
- Ability to exercise
- Commitment to maintaining dietary guidelines and other follow-up care
- Motivation of patient and cooperation of their family, friends and associates

Once these conditions are analyzed, performance of the surgery becomes easier. Besides, patients can also look for information on weight loss surgery on the Internet.
